Asparagus, Hartlief Kaiserfleisch, camembert and piquant pepper quiche
The flavours of this quiche complement each other and pop in your mouth. The tang of the piquant pepper provides a contrast to the creamy texture of the camembert. The Kaiserfleish can be replaced with Smoked Chicken Roll for a light, smoky flavour.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the oven rack below the halfway mark.
  3. Prepare the phyllo pastry and the muffin pans.
  4. Combine the Kaiserfleisch, asparagus, onion and piquant pepper, and divide between the phyllo cups.
  5. Mix the eggs, cream, salt and black pepper, and pour into the cups. Be careful not to spill over the edges or fill them too much.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until the egg mixture is set in the middle.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with a piece of camembert.
  8. Let the quiches cool for five minutes before removing the quiches from the pan.
  9. Serve hot.
