Gruyere cheese, Hartlief Gypsy Ham and spring onion quiche
An old favourite, for good reason, these are a modern take on an old classic, the Quiche Lorraine. Filled with smooth and creamy cheese and ham, these light and tasty quiches are comforting and delicious. The ham can easily be replaced with Tiroler.
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the oven rack below the halfway mark.
  3. Prepare the phyllo pastry and the muffin pans.
  4. Mix the Gypsy Ham, cheese and spring onions and divide between the 12 cups in the muffin tray.
  5. Mix the eggs, cream, salt and black pepper, and pour into the cups. Be careful not to spill over the edges or fill them too much.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Make sure the egg mixture is set in the middle.
  7. Allow to cool for five minutes. Remove from the pan and serve hot.
  8. Enjoy!
