A fresh and modern take on a traditional buger, these combine layers of emmenthal, Farmstyle Meatloaf, chilli jam and crispy greens on bite-sized burgers. the fun part about making these tiny burgers is seeing how high you can stack them! They look impressive on your party platter and taste equally impressive with their layers of sweet and spicy, smooth and crispy ingredients.

Instructions
  1. Cut open the rolls and spread with butter.
  2. Top with greens.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of chilli jam onto the greens.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold the meat loaf and the cheese into quarters, and layer onto bun. Remember, you want to see how high you can stack this!
  6. Top with the bun.
  7. If your burger is wobbly, hold in place with a small sosatie stick.
  8. Enjoy!
