Marinated olives and Hartlief Dauerwurst Salami
This is the ultimate way to make a boring bowl of olives that little bit more exciting. This simple dish will liven up your platters with its bold, colourful greens and reds. This is an exciting taste sensation which your guests will love. Make sure to always buy the most plump olives available.
  1. Cut the Dauerwurst salami into thin slices. Make sure to peel off the thin plastic casing around the salami. Set aside.
  2. Drain the olives and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Cut lemon into thin slices and set aside.
  4. Chop the garlic and chilli finely.
  5. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  6. Cover and leave to marinate for an hour or longer before serving.
  7. Sprinkle with rosemary.
