Mustard cream cheese
  1. Combine the cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice and chives.
  2. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. When making the sushi rolls, spread thinly over the Hartlief meat.
  4. Place the filling onto the cream cheese and cold meat, and roll.
  5. Arrange the sushi rolls onto a platter and serve.
