Ingredients
Salad
- 1 Broccoli head
- 1 Large onion diced up
- 1 Red Pepper diced up
- 1 tin Corn
- 200 g Cheddar Cheese cubed
- 100 g Hartlief smoked beef sliced
- 100 g Hartlief Black Forest Ham sliced
Mustard & mayo dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Smooth Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
Salad
- Wash vegetables thoroughly before using. Cut broccoli head into small florets then add all other ingredients and toss until mixed in completely. Serve with mustard and mayonnaise dressing.
Dressing
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined completely. Serve with broccoli and corn salad, or any other salad. Good as a dipping sauce as well.
