Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with butter.
Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with half of the minced garlic and half of the Mozzarella cheese.
Arrange the Hartlief Black Forest Ham slices over the cheese layer.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes, garlic, and Gruyère cheese. Pour the heavy cream over the layers.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
200g Hartlief Black Forest Ham, thinly sliced
4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
