Directions
Sauté onions and garlic in a pot.
Add Kassler and cook until slightly browned.
Stir in cabbage, potatoes, and stock. Simmer until tender.
Season with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds.
300g Hartlief Kassler, diced
½ head of cabbage, shredded
2 potatoes, cubed
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
750ml beef stock
1 tsp caraway seeds
Salt & pepper to taste
