Directions
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic untilsoft.
Add the chorizo and cook until slightly crispy.
Stir in paprika, tomatoes, and stock. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
200g Hartlief Chorizo, sliced
1 can butter beans, drained
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
500ml chicken stock
2 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
