This exquisite Carbonara Pasta takes only 30 minutes to prepare and is the ideal weekday meal! This recipe is a total knockout, packed with Hartlief Italian Salami and Käsegriller and combined with the creamiest carbonara sauce.
In a pot, boil water. Add salt to water and a bit of oil. Once water boils, add pasta and cook until al dente (cooked but still chewy texture).
In a pan, fry onions then mushrooms. Add garlic and continue frying. Now add the sliced up Käsegriller and Italian Salami. Once all is combined, add the cream, bring to boil and turn down heat to simmer. Season to taste and add pasta.
Toss together and serve while hot. Grate parmesan over and finish off with freshly chopped parsley.
